1. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us at cladwayuniforms@gmail.com or call us at +91-8800178787. If the order has not been processed, we will initiate a full refund.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: * Items that have been customized (e.g., custom tailoring or specific name embroidery).

Socks, undergarments, or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

Items showing signs of wear and tear or washing.

3. Refunds

Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges (Size Issues)

We understand that kids grow fast! If you need to exchange a uniform for a different size, please contact us.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us and the shipping of the new size back to the customer.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged product or the wrong size/school uniform, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cladwayuniforms@gmail.com with photos of the product.

We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
