Delivery charges may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
For domestic orders within India, there are no customs or import charges. If international shipping is available in the future, any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Currently, Cladway Uniforms ships only within India. For bulk or international inquiries, you may contact our support team.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Since we currently ship only within India, international returns are not applicable at this time.
If you believe your refund amount is incorrect, please contact our support team with your order number and details. We will review the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
Orders delivered within India are not subject to customs charges. Any future international orders may be subject to customs duties depending on the destination country.
Delivery charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
