1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak school admission seasons (e.g., March to June), processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders usually take 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2000.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly through our courier partner’s website.
4. Shipping Locations

Currently, Cladway ships to addresses within Pan India.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete physical address with a landmark for smooth delivery.
5. Damages & Issues

Cladway is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the package was tampered with before receipt.

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our support team immediately at cladwayuniforms@gmail.com with photos of the package.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for delivery failures if the shipping address provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete.

In case of a “Return to Origin” (RTO) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges for re-sending the parcel.
7. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of India.
